Initiated Members

To log in, enter your national membership number as the User Name, and your last name as the Password. Your national membership number can be found at the bottom left portion of your membership card.  On the line that says "Number".  There are two numbers here.  A shorter number followed by a space and then a longer number (many times a 6 digit number).  The first number is your Chapter roll number, the longer number (usually 6-digits) is your national number.

To Login:

Username = National #

Password = last name (for security purposes, please change this once you login)

 

To locate this number on your own, you may check mailings from the National Office such as the Annual Fund or Torchbearer mailings.  This number is usually located on the label above your name. If you don't know your national membership number, you may request it using this form (the form may also be used to purchase a replacement membership card for a $5.00 fee).
